Am I able to use an 18mm size whip with this unit?

Yes, unless you have the standard model which would mean you need to use a standard size whip which has a special custom fitting with the model.

Can I use a bag with this unit?

No, this unit is not a forced air unit and does not have a feature where a bag can be applied.

How much blend will the chamber hold?

The inside of the whip above the screen is where you will place your blend. The chamber can hold about a quarter size fill, and if needed you can keep refilling once the blend is dry or ready to be changed out.

Will this unit get hot enough to make my blend combust?

The unit will go as high up to past 400 degrees. The recommend temperature for vaporization is between 325- 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Is the tubing safe for me to use with this unit?

Yes, the tubing is actually medical grade tubing , which does not have any harsh smell or lingering odors.

How long is the warranty on this unit?

The cannon comes complete with a 5 year warranty , which covers you on heater failure.

How do I go about warranty assistance?

First give us a call so we can trouble shoot your unit, generally we can get you up and going with just a call.

However if this doesn't work then, we can issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and further test your unit. If at this point we find the unit to be malfunctioning we will repair the unit at no additional cost.

Is the digital read out on the front of the vaporizer hard to operate?

No the digital read out is very easy to function. The LCD screen is illuminated in the front of the Easy Vape Deluxe Vaporizer lets you know the precise temperature the vaporizer is operating at ( - 2 degrees Celsius).

The glass parts that come along with the whip, is it covered under warranty?

No, the unit itself is what is covered by the 5 year warranty. The spare parts are not covered, and would need to be re-purchased if they were to break.
