Big Bear, CA - Rising Interscope Recording Artists, Sky Blue and Red Foo of LMFAO invited Got Vape to sponsor their performance for the annual Power 106 Winter Bash at Big Bear Mountain on Saturday January 31st, 2009.
The event started at 12pm, but the Got Vape Team arrived a few hours early to set up, get some fresh powder, and hook up with DJ Swivel of Power 106. DJ Swivel and Power 106 have been down with Got Vape's Health Movement for a while now! Dj Swivel looked at our entire Vaporizer Catalog and he decided to try our new portable iolite Vaporizer.
After he picked out his Vaporizer, the dance floor was already getting packed so he jumped on the turntables to start the Party! At 12:30pm, the promo team steadily passed out our Got Vape Health SWAG to the growing crowd that filled up the entire stage area for the show!
They were very receptive toward our "Vaporizer & Your Health Brochures," GV Product Tid-bits, stickers, and Got Vape Lanyards.Everyone wanted to be down with Got Vape, so the Crew was giving away health promo material non-stop for the rest of the day.
The Big Bear Staff, Power 106 Street Team, and the party people were stoked on the limited edition Got Vape Obama shirts that we passed out to commemorate our new president. By 1pm, all of our shirts were given away! The entire Big Bear lodge was covered with people dancing to the live radio broadcast and waiting for LMFAO!
"I'm so excited to see LMFAO perform! When I saw the Got Vape Sticker on the LMFAO poster, I had to come by and grab some Got Vape SWAG!" Said Sarah Timmons, a fan who made a custom T-shirt for the show that says, "I'm in Big Bear Bitch!"
LMFAO took the stage at 2pm and set the concert off proper with their smash hit single, "I'm in Miami Bitch!" from the upcoming debut album, "Party Rock." The guys kept the packed crowd bouncing around for the entire 30 minute set, performing other hits like, "Lil Hipster Girl," "Yes," and Kanye West's "Love lockdown Re-mix."
The performance and autograph session ended at 3pm, I had a chance to sit down and catch up with LMFAO about their new album. Sky was really stoked when I pulled out his new iolite Portable Vaporizer! I showed him the 4 easy steps to using his new iolite and he was ready to start it up on the mountain.
