We arrived to a vibrant Seattle the day before the Seattle Hempfest 07 was scheduled to begin. We usually do that to take care of set-up and get a general vibe so the mojo is flowing super strong come show time.
Ben Livingston, styled us out major by putting our booth just across from Sponsor row as well as the Seattle Hempfest main stage. Big ups good brother for that love!
We were nestled in between the MPP and various other organizations spreading love. NORML, Jack Herer, High Times Magazine, SpliffStar Threads, Reps from Strainz Clothing, Seedless Clothing, Dope Ass Distribution and of course Lisa's Pieces just to name a few of the brothers and sisters at the Seattle Hempfest 2007 representing peace and unity.
Sunny skies and warm breezes is how the masses of peoples were greeted on Saturday morning arriving at Myrtle Edwards Park the scene of the Seattle Hempfest 07.
The GotVape.com Van was posted on Broad St, just before the park, just to let Seattle Hempfest 2007 attendees that we were back.
The park filled quickly and the main stage was on fire, I heard Pony Boy from Los Marijuanos off in the distant spitting flame at the crowd, definitely going to be Seattle Hempfest to remember.
GotVape.com Runners were all over the park, Nano and Russell obviously took there grind serious, anybody that came to Seattle Hempfest 07 knew we were in the building.
We scooped up these big ass Red Flags, so it was easy to spot us from the other side of the event. Helpful for our loyal team of vaporizing brethren that show up every year rocking the latest installment of Got Vape Apparel to link up with the mother ship and get blessed with even more gear.
Translation, buy a t-shirt or a vaporizer one year and show up at any future Seattle Hempfest and get a free t-shirt.
Towards the end of the day, the rain tried to show up, but only briefly and it was kind of nice to be cooled off.
We wrapped the day and headed off to Palace Kitchen, the very best of Seattle fine American dining experience. Chef Tom Douglas had our whole crew blessed our entire time at the Seattle Hempfest 2007.
The second and last day of the Seattle Hempfest 2007 started much the same as the first, but this time there was something Seattle is known for, the RAIN. You would think that would stop people, did it?
No, Seattle still represented, in shorts and tee's. Knowing that at some point the sun would come out. Of course, a few hours later the rain let up and the sun was back out.
We felt real good about this latest Hempfest, much love to all those put this event together, made it happen, came out and represented and especially all those that stopped by our booth at the 2007 Seattle Hempfest, we will see you next year.
Please remember, freedom isn't free, the Seattle Hempfest costs thousands and thousands to put together, so please donate to the Seattle Hempfest foundation.
