Got Vape’s DJ Boogi Holds it Down at Tentation Ultra Lounge Halloween Bash

Newport Beach, CA - Got Vape Sponsored Orange County’s Biggest Halloween Party at sold out Tentation night club in Newport Beach on October 31, 2008 featuring Dj Boogi.
We pulled up in the Got Vape Van around 9:30pm to set-up; the line at the door was already wrapped around the side of the club.
The Got Vape Promo crew placed Got Vape Banners across the DJ Booth, while our new posters featuring the iolite Portable Vaporizer looked clean under the Go-Go Dancer stages. We also placed our new Vaporizer Tidbits all along the bar area.
By 10:30pm the dance floor was packed with party people in their Halloween costumes. There were sexy girls dressed as police officers, nurses, school girls, and even Sarah Palin.
The mix of costumes made it hard to pick out the best one, but all the guys at the club were pleased with the revealing outfits.
DJ Boogi took over the party at 11pm. His set started off with Top 40 club bangers that had the crowd bouncing from side to side.
While I was on stage, a handful of fans made their way to the DJ Booth to give him some love for holding it down on the turntables.
As midnight approached, DJ Boogi mixed in Electro Club music that had his fans constantly with their hands up in the air.
Boogi’s up tempo electro beats and hip-hop mash- ups was exactly what his fans came to see.
The crowd started a flurry on the dance floor when he dropped a re-mix of Michael Jackson’s Thriller! A group of people busted out the whole dance routine in the middle of the dance floor, it was sweet!
When the lights turned on a 2:00am, the club’s GM let DJ Boogi play one more song because there were 250 people who didn’t want the party to end.
Overall, the positive vibe throughout the whole night was carried over until the early morning.
