diosgenin, which is a chemical compound often used
to synthesize a form of the female sex hormone
estrogen.
Fennel
This is another estrogen producing herb which has
been used for centuries to promote the flow of milk
in nursing mothers. In a non pregnant female, it
has the same effect as fenugreek.

Best known for its ability to shrink an enlarged
prostate in men, saw palmetto has also been applied
for breast enlargement purposes.
