Inspector Vapors is committed to providing our customers with
truly phenomenal products. We accept back all products that are
inoperable due to a manufacturing defect during the first 30 days
of purchase.
We accept back any item that is in it's original packaging within
14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will provide a full
refund less a 15% restocking fee.
Glass items cannot be returned after any type of use, due to
state/federal health laws.
The vaporizer heat gun comes with a full 1 year warranty from
date of purchase, if anything at all happens you can return it
and a brand new one will be returned to you. If you have purchased
our vaporizer from a local authorized smoking accessories store,
they will at their option replace your vaporizer heat gun or we
will. Please have a copy of your receipt as well as store contact
information.
