Will this unit get high in temperature past combustion?

The unit will go as high up to past 400 degrees. The recommend temperature for vaporization is between 325- 350 degrees Fahrenheit .

How do I go about warranty assistance?

First give us a call so we can trouble shoot your unit, generally we can get you up and going with just a call.

However if this doesn't work then, we can issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and further test your unit. If at this point we find the unit to be malfunctioning we will repair the unit at no additional cost.

How long is the warranty on this unit?

The cannon comes complete with a 5 year warranty , which covers you on heater failure.

The glass parts that come along with the whip, is it covered under warranty?

No, the unit itself is what is covered by the 5 year warranty. The spare parts are not covered, and would need to be re-purchased if they were to break.

How much blend will the chamber hold?

The inside of the whip above the screen is where you will place your blend. The chamber can hold about a quarter size fill, and if needed you can keep refilling once the blend is dry or ready to be changed out.
