Is there supposed to be some sort of mechanism that secures the tube and glass piece with herb in the heating element? I have found that it tends to fall out sometimes. Is there something I am missing or do I just need to be careful?

I believe your referring to the Hot Box Vaporizer Heater Cover, this shouldn't be falling off.

There is a screen that provides pressure on both the heating element and the cover, which secures it to the Hot Box. Make sure this in place and this will alleviate the problem.

Am I able to adjust the temperature on the Hot Box?

None of the hot box models are adjustable, however the unit will heat up to a optimal vaporization temperature and each and every unit is tested.

Once the 1 yr warranty is up, am I able to still get warranty assistance?

Yes, even though you may be out of the warranty stage we will still be happy to assist you. We can send your unit to the manufacture for repair; the fees would need to be covered by the customer.

Am I able to replace the fuse if my unit power fails?

No, unfortunately the fuse is not accessible to be switched out. If you are experiencing difficulties with your unit and its features, please give us a call to get assistance with getting the unit repaired.

Is this unit hands free model?

Yes, the unit is hands free, but not ground glass with every this paticular model. We do carry a ground glass whip with the hot box only with the stated ground glass model.

Can you make a custom hot box specifically for me?

Yes, we can do a special order request which can take anywhere from 30 to 60 days to complete. Please give us a call direct to place that special request.

How do I know how much blend to put inside the whip?

The recommended amount to put inside the whip is when you hit the blue dot line. It will give you about a complete bowl fill stretching about an inch long.
