I gave this such a low review because I was expecting these hot boxes to last for at least a little while, considering they cost around $150. Well, I've had to replace the whips about four times because the glass piece falls out of the heating hotbox hole. Sometimes when it falls, it shatters. That is unavoidable if you don't have towels or cushions surrounding your hot box at all times.

The 2 pieces don't have the same finish this might be the reason the gasket does not fit nice, particles go through very often. Shipping fast.

What's Great About it:
Quality is some of the greatist I have ever seen. Dropped 6 times on ceramic and 9 on wood floor before the original one broke. The humvee of vaporizers
What's Not so Great:
The fact the replacement was made perhaps crooked or hashed up from 2 kits. Original had no such problems.

no compassion from a company whose product is made of GLASS!!!
very disappointed that a replacement whip is sooooo expensive.
but i love my vaporizer so what can i do? i definitely feel taken advantage of.
