I have the original volcano vaporizer from when it first came out, and the air filter cap was not included with the original packaging. This piece is a great necessity to have when trying to cut down on the vent balloon fill time. I must say that after purchasing this piece I did notice a significant difference when it came to air flow while using my vaporizer. When having a friend using the volcano I made sure they used it with the air filter cap. My friend told me that while using the air filter cap it allowed further purification of the air used to force the vapors into the vent balloon delivery system.When it was time to go about changing the air filter cap out, the process was not difficult in any way. All I had to do was flip your Volcano Vaporizer Classic Hot Air Generator unit upside down and proceed to twist the cap and simply exchange it out. Currently there are no cons about this air filter cap, I am definitely satisfied
