    Dont buy

    If your going to spent 150to 250 on a vaporizer you want it to last or be able to work with themanufacture and from my experience neither of those things have happened.I Recently Purchased a DaVinci vaporizer. i was very happy with it forthe first week. after maybe a week and a half it stopped heating up. itook it apart and could tell that the wire that connected to the heatingelement did not have a good connection. i fixed it and it worked justfine. It again stopped heating after two or three days, this repeateditself for 5 or 6 times until it stopped working altogether. As soon asit stopped working ( about a month after i purchased it) i ContactedDaVinci to try and claim the warranty ( which was the main selling pointfor me) In response to my email they sent me a generic email, thegeneric email did not answer my questions. so i sent them another email,they sent me the same generic email, so i sent them another email, igot no response, i called them, no answer, so i sent them another email,same no response. so i sent them a final email to which i still haven'tgot a response. If you are reading this i would highly recommendchoosing a different vaporizer maybe a Pax.

    Horrible

    i have used the Pax, G-Pen, Arizer. Bought myself the Da Vinci, it has been the worst vape ever.Why?- the heat that the device creates melted the intake tube off its own threads, can no longer use tube to inhale. i have to put my mouth right on the device.contacted Da Vinci and asked for a replacement AND WAS SENT A USED TUBE (first 2 months of owning)-after 4 months, all the removable/unscrewable parts get jammed & sealed with resin, regardless of how well you clean in (i cleaned vape BEFORE and AFTER EVERY use) these parts can no longer be removed or cleaned.-the charger broke internally, had to buy a new one (1 year)the most enraging thing was being sent a used inhaling tube.the mouth piece we dirty and the tube itself was clogged. at the bottom of this review where it asks me if i would recommend to a friend, i wouldnt even recommend this to an enemy

    Terrible Customer Service

    I purchased this model and it stopped working after 4.5 months. I ordered their newest model (assent) weeks ago. It still hasn't shipped. I've waited on hold forever and no one ever picks up the phone. I've sent two emails. Nothing.
    DaVinci needs to get it together. (I did not purchase this unit from GotVape.com, my review on customer service is directed at the manufacturer, DaVinci)

    first one showed up and wouldnt charge ...i sent it back at my expense. they sent me another one and i plugged it in and nothing the display lit up but did not work

    horrible

    Got it home and it immediately began malfunctioning. Wouldnt turn on and the store I purchased it from '-sk- 911 in Woodstock Ga' wouldnt exchange it...

    what the eff

    I dont know if it's just my luck or what, Bought the portable vape in may 11th, lasted 2 days.. At first it wouldn't hold a charge and only worked plugged into the wall, then it stopped working all together, so I contacted da vinci, got it all covered under my warranty - process was easy and relatively quick, great- then i got my replacement and it lasted about a week. When you turn power switch on, the blue display light turns on, but no battery is shown, no temp. is shown and cant turn on heating element. Now, I am not retarded, there is nothing I am doing to this thing that would break it. I'm sure that's what da vinci will thing when i try and get my 2nd replacement in a month. I would honestly love to give this product 5 stars, works great whiule its working, very quick to charge and heat up and looks great. Just need a more PERMANENT unit

    Extremely poor customer service stands out!

    About a month after purchase the straw and little brush fell apart. I called customer service several times and left a message every time and they never returned my calls. I decided it was time to start posting negative feedback on their FB page. This worked like a charm as I received a call from them about an hour after that!When I spoke with the customer service rep she was very apologetic and said she would send out 2 straws for the inconvenience. Wow! I thought. That was nice. Maybe these guys aren't so bad. So, 3 weeks went by and I never received anything. Called customer service again and they didn't respond to my messages again.I decided to get crafty and call their wholesale line (you bet they answer this line on the first ring!). Once I was in touch with the rep they told me the order was completed but never shiped! I think the staff might be using the product to often over there! Anyways, I haven't been able to use it for the last month. I got my fingers crossed but not holding my breath.The few positives about this product are far outweighed by the terrible customer service and overall poor product quality. Also, it is important to note that this product is not suited for heavy use. If you charge it once a day (needed after 4 sessions), the battery will only last 90 days before it no longer holds a charge.Avoid at all costs.

    It arrived broken. They are still trying to not refund my money. Don't waste your time or money on this product!!!!
