Great vape, great customer service!
This vape works great and is beautiful. After a few months, the charger port fell inside of the vape. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one, but I wrote to the company, and was told there is a one year warranty and they just needed a quick video of the defective vape, and then they sent me a new one! It's good to know they stand behind their products. I highly recommend this vape!

Solid Device
Given to me as a gift, I was surprised at the ease of use and the settings. It recharges fast and will then work for quite some time. 650mAh is a nice size battery. Feels good in the hand. A real quality product. In fact, the one I have is the 2019 Jack Herer Cup Winner, deservedly so!

Love the Cartridge Battery!
Very small, very discrete and just as powerful as a giant pen battery. I love the preheat feature, since the oil in the cartridges has a tendency to clog when cold. The battery lasts a few days with moderate use (10-15 times a day). It was definitely a little more pricey than other products but I am extremely happy with my purchase so far.
