Update on New Shipping Laws

Where We Go from Here

Brown boxes shipped to front office door

As of April 2nd, 2021 Got Vape will no longer be shipping with UPS with accordance to the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (“PACT”) Act. This Act prevents the shipping of e-cigarettes as well as other vaping accessories. Because of this we have to end our shipping relationship with UPS.

Due to our new restrictions, we will move forward with shipping USPS until their final ruling is passed down on April 27th, 2021. We still want to accommodate our customers as much as we can and get orders out in a timely manner. To get our purchases out we will have to use USPS until they issue their final ruling on the B2B Exemptions which is expected to happen around April 27th, 2021.

Forklift in warehouse moving packaging

At this time, our warehouse workers are working tirelessly to accommodate users and get packages out as fast as possible. With that being said, whatever the outcome of USPS B2B Exception for Vapor Items it will not be affecting our shipping with USPS for Non-Vapor products such as Glass and other items.

Got Vape is continuing our efforts to make sure our customers are still being serviced. Ensuring uninterrupted service, we are committed to providing and supporting all clientele. We are continuing searching for alternative methods in order to serve all of you, and we will continue to post updates as new events occur.

Thank you all for your continued support over the years and we hope we’re able to continue to service you.
