Devices and Hardware:
All defected devices or hardware purchased can be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. This 30-Day Warranty only covers manufacturer defects, this excludes appearance blemishes, self-made damages or anything of that nature. Any other damages or misuse of products will not be accepted. After the 30-Day period, please contact the manufacturer of the product for further assistance. Keep in mind, devices and hardware that are scratched, dented or have any visible wear and tear will not be accepted.
All sales of E-liquids or juice are final. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on liquids.
All Disposables are final sale. We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any disposables.
Glass Products or Water Pipes:
Damaged or broken glass must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery. We will not accept any claims after 48 hours. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Processing a Return:
Upon receiving the request form, our Customer Service Department will review the claim and provide the customer with the final disposition. If found defective, we will replace it with another item. Please keep in mind, if a replacement device is not available, we reserve the right to provide store credit as a substitute.
