Yes. Every model uses the standard 510 connection, so the cartridges you already buy will fit. The only constraint is physical size, because the cart has to sit fully inside the housing for the shell to close the way it is meant to.

The chapstick and the car key hide best, because both are shapes people already carry without a second glance. The marker is close behind. The larger wand and raygun bodies trade some of that for a bigger battery.

It tracks size. The chapstick and car key are the smallest cells here and need charging most often. The inhaler and the wand hold the most. If runtime matters more than pocket profile, start at the larger end of the lineup.

Over USB with the cable that came in the box. Skip car chargers and high output wall bricks, because these are small cells and pushing more current at them shortens their life. Most models show charge state with an indicator light.

Open the shell, seat the cart on the connector inside, then close it. Finger tight is enough. Forcing it is the fastest way to damage the connection on either the battery or the cartridge, and a cross threaded cart will not sit flush.

Usually a loose cart or a flat battery. Take the cartridge out, check the contact is clean, reseat it gently and charge it fully before testing again. Residue on the connector is the next most common cause once charge is ruled out.
