Vape Pens

Vape pen is a general term for a pen shaped device that heats either an oil cartridge, a concentrate, or dry herb. The three types are not interchangeable, so the material you plan to use decides which one you need.

It depends what it heats. A pen that powers a pre filled cartridge is a cart battery or 510 thread battery. One that takes loose concentrate is a dab pen or wax pen. One that takes ground flower is a dry herb pen.

The batteries on this page are sold on their own. You add the cartridge separately, which is what makes the 510 thread standard useful, since almost any cart will fit almost any battery.

Cartridge batteries here start around fifteen dollars and reach roughly eighty for variable voltage models with larger cells. Wax pens start higher because the heating chamber is built in. Dry herb pens are higher again.
